About RV Journey Genie

RV Journey Genie is your AI-powered RV repair and troubleshooting assistant, built around real RV technician expertise from Josh “Major Fix It” Iles. Describe a problem, upload a photo, or ask by voice to get step-by-step guidance.

Our mission is to help RV owners make sense of real problems and find a practical, safer next step. Membership, a member community, and separately available live technician calls give you different ways to get support.

We believe good repair guidance includes knowing when to stop. AI troubleshooting doesn't replace an on-site inspection or a qualified technician for safety-critical repairs.
